Hello

My card was charged for a zoom subscription. But I don't remember which zoom profile this card is linked to. Can you help me find the profile and get my money back?

I suggest you start by searching your email for any Zoom-related notices. Once you find the email address associated with the account, follow these steps to view your account and subscription details: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058099

 

If your account is eligible for a refund, you can request a refund when canceling your plan through the web portal. For instructions on how to request a refund for a paid plan, refer to this guide: How to Request a Refund for a Paid Plan.
