Hello! can't get why I can't add another user while I have annual licensed profile. It keeps saying me, that the second user will have basic opportunities. Could you give a hand?

Hi irinborisna,

After you add the user with a basic account, are you able to upgrade their account manually? Go to Admin > User Management > Users > click on the box to the left of their name, then Click on License, License type, then you can switch them to a Licensed account. Or is that option missing completely?

Hi AaronO,
thank you for responding) I add a user and when submitting, it says that the user will be added as basic type and in the line with "Available licenses" is zero, unfortunately.
where could I change the settings, because I am acknowledged that there might be up to 9 members, if I got it right
