I'm under a lot of stress right now. I've been using ZOOM as a monthly payment for a long time.

 

In the process of upgrading to business for only a month, the payment was made annually.

 

In addition, monthly payments have been doubled.

 

Please cancel the annual payment. I will continue to use it as a monthly payment. Please make sure to cancel it. It's so stressful. It's so hard because there's no Korean customer center.
