change of creditcard information

i can not find out to change my creditcard information - i put in new information of my card and a yellow box come up asking for state/province information ... no place to enter new information ??

 Hello @Dortelilly 

I am sure you know how to reach Payment in your personal Zoom Portal, but just in case:

ADMIN > Plans and Billing > Billing Management

 

I might be wrong, but I don't think you can edit/change an existing card but rather populate all the information again; but the end-result should be the same...or just add an a "Backup Payment Method"
