Is there another way to charge Zoom besides card and paypal that also ends up being a credit card?

Hey @maxjefferson for eligible accounts, Zoom accepts manual payment by check, wire/bank transfer, EFT, and ACH. I would suggest reaching out to Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community.
