This cannot be done through Zoom Community. You will need to contact Billing for assistance.

You message is unclear. If the owner or admin of your account has deactivated you as a user, please reach out to them directly for more information. 

 

If you're referring to your own account being shut down, please submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance.
