Zoom subscription update

I use Zoom Pro socially. To renew my subscription this year I needed to update my payment details (new card). I have tried two CCs, both known to work but get the following message: "Page Id in signature is invalid (2)". The Chatbot says the cards use the incorrect currency but the update page says payment will be taken in pounds sterling. (I have this problem with Kaspersky as well but other payments are unaffected). Help! R

My sincere apologies for not having been able to get to your post sooner. I am glad to see that our engineering team was able to fix this glitch for you. When it is an account specific issue such as this one, contacting our billing support is the way to go 🙂
