Hoping this gets some traction here as the 4th dept to be involved. Joshua Tan in finance continues to send demands for payment but does not provide an active account number. We have provided evidence that the Wells Fargo bank account that zoom has provided on invoices is INACTIVE and CANNOT RECEIVE PAYMENTS. This has been going on for several months and has over 15 people engaged from both my company and from Zoom where there are several internal tickets and requests for escalation. We have yet to have this resolved.

I can confirm that we do not have a general issue with receiving payments into our bank account but we'll be happy to help troubleshoot the issue by confirming our payment details via email. Please feel free to include the evidence from Wells Fargo into the support ticket.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam. Been receiving emails over a period of months from Joshua Tan that includes some of my business' information but seem to be related to an account holder that has a similar individual name and totally different business name and address. Yet some aspects of my biz address are displayed along with what I assume is the correct address of the other company. Too bizarre to be real. Submitted a fraud notice, but sounds like zoom is not super responsive. I hope no one is making ACH transfers to these numbers....
