Cobro durante prueba gratuita del Plan Pro ¿Cómo solicito un reembolso?

Hola a todos.
Active el Plan Pro en mi cuenta aprovechando la prueba gratuita de 7 días que ofrece Zoom, pero al momento de activarlo se me realizó el cobro de inmediato.

La aplicación no me funcionó como esperaba para mi objetivo, así que me gustaría saber si alguien ha pasado por lo mismo y cómo puedo solicitar un reembolso en este caso.

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle and you can still use your paid plan(s) until the end of your service period.
