Zoom Phone subscription attached to incorrect account

I subscribed to the Zoom Phone service today ($10/mo). I didn't realize that the account was attached to an old workplace and all my emails went to my former boss and I couldn't figure out how to use the phone service. I ended up having to cancel my subscription, but it doesn't look like I get a refund for it. Since I already paid the money for it, can I get it transferred to another account?

 

Edit: I called billing to get a refund.
