Hello,
I have 2 zoom accounts, one pro and one workplace pro. I have both synced with calendars and calendly, but sometimes my meetings are showing up under one or the other and I can't login. Can I cancel the Pro and move the previously scheduled meetings to the workplace pro without canceling and rescheduling?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @SSal.
Great question! My first response is don’t do anything until you have everything lined up. I see a lot of people who write “I canceled my account but I want to move the old meetings…”, and at that point, it’s too late.
Pro and Workplace Pro really are the same thing. You have two licensed, paid accounts at the Pro level.
Are your two accounts separate? That is, are each of the users the “owner” of their own Zoom account? Or is one account the owner for both users?
If they are both on the same (organizational) account, you’ll need to ensure that the user you want to inherit everything is the owner. Then, there is a way to delete an account and – in the process – specify which account receives the assets of the account being deleted.
If your users are both owners of their own accounts, there is a way to join them, but I’ll need to research whether the “incoming” account will lose their assets (meetings, recording, etc) in the process.
