This sounds like you may inadvertently be paying for a second account with an annual subscription. Please submit a request to Zoom Billing so our specialists can investigate further and help track down the account.

COBRANCA INDEVIDA

 

Meu plano é para pagamento mensal e no dia 02/06 foi cobrado o valor anual no meu cartao (R$ 888,79). Mas quando eu vou ver no historico de pagamentos da minha conta, mostra la que a cobranca foi mensal. Favor efetuar o reembolso do valor cobrando indevidamente.
