Upgrade to Pro

I want to upgrade my basic plan to Pro, and proceeded to the payment page. However, after filling in all the blanks, the error 'creditcardState' keeps appearing and I cannot make payment even though the credit card is working and I have checked with the bank. I am using Safari on Mac. I have tried other of my credit cards but the same issue persists.

This seems like an address issue. Please try the following:

  • Check the billing address: Verify that the address entered under the Payment Method section of the Zoom billing portal matches what your bank has on file for the payment card that you have entered. 
  • Contact your bank: If you are unsure, contact your financial institution to confirm the primary address that they have on file for your payment card.
