My zoom account has been connected (unwillingly) to a proprietary account within the company I work with. I want to disconnect it and don't know how to proceed. I contacted the technical support of the company. They are unable or unwilling to help me out and advise me to contact Zoom. However, my plan does not allow me to contact them directly and I am at loss of what to do. Can someone help? TIA
