Unable to connect to my account i don't receive the secret code

Hello there,

i want to connect to one of my zoom accounts on my new laptop.

Zoom want me to put a secret code, but i don't receive it.

 

I was able to reset my password, i receive mails confirmation but never this secret code.

I don't find any mail in my quarantaine folder's ...

I finally open a ticket to Zoom It Team, they find something wrong in my account. Now it's work.
