Old email gone cannot update

I recently changed my website and the sign in email was lost.  I need to update a new email into my  paid zoom account but cannot because a confirmation code keeps getting sent to the old email.  I put in a ticket for help and the reply said contact the admin/orgination but that is ME!

 

Help please!
