I would like to get a refund I didn't want another month I don't need it anymore I've already cancelled the subscription but I got charged anyway.

I have reviewed your account and can see that you cancelled your subscription after your monthly renewal had already been processed. Please note that when you cancel a subscription, the cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle and you can still use your paid plan(s) until the end of your service period. You will no longer be billed in the future.

@ptaboraG I’m facing the same issue. I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date, but Zoom still charged me for another month even though I no longer need the service. It would be helpful if the billing system could better recognize cancelled plans to avoid unexpected charges. I’ve submitted a refund request as well and hope the support team can resolve this quickly.

I understand your frustration—getting charged after canceling can be really annoying. I’d recommend contacting Zoom’s support directly with your account details and the cancellation confirmation. They’re usually responsive and should be able to process a refund for the extra month. It helps to have screenshots or emails ready to speed things up.
