Hi there, I just got a notice from zoom in my email regarding renewal of zoom pro that i was purchasing a year ago. It automatically renewed and I forgot to cancel the subscription, i never intended to renew, was only planning to use it for 6-8 months. I need to request a refund, can you help me please?

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable once processed. To prevent future charges, you can cancel your subscription, and your paid plan(s) will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you’d like assistance cancelling, please submit a request to Zoom Billing.

I have similar issues. I have canceled the subscription. But I strongly recommend the ZOOM to refund. I even did not update my credit card infor, but it sitll process the payment. This is ridiculous.
