Yes, most of our products are billed either monthly or annually and the subscription will renew unless you decide to cancel it. The good news is if your purchase date was on the 15th and you cancel on the 1st of the month, your license is good until the 15th of that month and you can continue using Zoom until your subscription expires which I believe would be at Midnight on the date of expiration PST.

The contractMONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION Webiner 500 was signed last month and expires October 15.
When I signed the contract, I selected no automatic renewal, but I don't know the renewal procedure.

Webinar is one of the products that you can opt for either a single month or a monthly or annual subscription. If you select "no automatic renewal" then you will have webinar for one month. If you then decide that you would like to subscribe for webinar either monthly or annually then you just go into your billing page and change the licensing to monthly or annually. For any further information, it is best to contact a billing representative from Zoom.
