Subscription Renewal

Hello dear Zoom Community,

 

I have received mails from Zoom asking me to renew my Pro account, which is strange because I assumed that the account would be renewed automatically. Also, the mail claims that if I don't renew my current subscription, my annual subscription will be converted to a monthly subscription. Do I actually have to actively renew my account? I find this quite ridiculous.

Hi Academy2,

In case the email is a scam, I'd recommend to not click any links in the email and go to your Zoom account settings and check out what your subscription says about if you need to renew.
