Status Credit Balance Adjustment, but i have not receive my money back.

i have paid my bill, but at 20 February i receive a notification on my zoom account that there is a "Credit" on my Payment History. Inside the invoice it written : Credit Balance Adjustment but i have not receive my money back, and my account subscription still on basic. somebody can help? thanks

and also i have checked the "User Management" the Licensed option is still not available to assign on my account...

Wah sama kita mas..

bingung mau hubungi kemana mas terkait kendalanya, ga ada kontak zoom yang fast response..

sampe sekarang belum ada tindak lanjut lagi dari zoomnya

Mas.. Kasus saya sudah selesai, pihak zoom sudah merespon dan uang sudah dikembalikan ke rekening saya. saya menghubunginya melalui fitur Request di website zoomnya. Bisa dicoba akses melalui link ini :

Nanti buat request baru (Submit a Request), Setelah itu Request Type nya pilih "Billing and Account Management". isi Subject dan Description dengan detail isu yang dihadapi. Request Type yang paling bawah diisi "Payment". Area diisi "Payment Error". Kalau ada bukti bisa dilampirkan dengan memilih "Add Attachment" sebagai dokumen pendukung. Setelah itu Klik Submit.

 

Sebagai catatan pihak zoom sedikit "Slow Response" dalam menanggapi Requestnya. Jadi kita harus sabar dan dicek secara berkala progress Request yang sudah kita buat. Sebagai referensi, Request saya baru diresponse oleh zoom setelah 4 Hari saya membuat Request (Request dibuat tanggal 26 Februari, di Response tanggal 1 Maret), dan Response kedua saya terima 4 Hari setelah saya memberikan tanggapan terhadap Response sebelumnya dari pihak zoom (Saya Response Kedua tanggal 4 Maret, dan di Response kembali oleh zoom tanggal 8 Maret), dan uang saya terima pada tanggal 14 Maret (Kurang lebih 6 - 7 Hari).

masih belum ada perkembangan kak. belum ada respon dari pihak zoomnya

Halo kak, did you use the Wise app? They said it will take 7-14 days for Zoom to process it. Skrg invoice nya jadi ada 2, yg satu berstatus "credit" dan jumlahnya less than what I transferred, lalu ada another outstanding balance yg jumlahnya kecil. Ak mikir mungkin uangnya kepotong tax dll which I paid, also using Wise. Skrg jadi ada 2 invoice: 1st one is the invoice of the initial date that I had to pay (status: paid), 2nd is the invoice with "credit" status. No more outstanding balance, but my Zoom account is still on basic. Sudah hampir gila ngurus ini, hahaha

hello!
I have a credit on my account that ZOOM did not apply to my balance before taking my credit card payment. Did you ever get your credit refunded? I'm on hold now to talk to someone. It's over 19 minutes I have been on hold. so frustrating

 

I didn’t use credit card tho, but my case is still hanging for almost a month now, US $166 cant be located still. Did you submit a ticket?
