Yesterday, the payment went through. I'm planning to cancel my personal account and rejoin as part of a group account. I would like to request a refund for my account. I haven't used it since last evening.

If your existing account is going to be absorbed into the other group, you should have the option to automatically be refunded any outstanding license fee.  See this Zoom Support article for details, and share this with the organization to assist them with the transition:

If you are abandoning your current account and will be assigned a new account with a new email address,

please submit a support ticket to Zoom’s Billing team here and they will be able to inform you if your account is eligible for a refund.
