I have signed up for annual subscription last year and used some time but forgot to cancel the renewal. I want to request the full annual refund that just got billed right now. I will be using this again when I regularly need the zoom pro. Thank you

I'm sorry, per Zoom’s Terms of Service section 12.2, subscription fees are non-refundable once processed.
However, our billing team can assist you with cancelling to prevent future charges:
