I signed up for a Zoom subscription as I needed for work. Recently my 2 employers bought a work subscription. I sent an email to the Zoom company in March to say I don't want to renew the subscription for another year. On the 8th of April, the system automatically renewed the annual Zoom subscription. Could I please get a refund?
