Hi @haruna356

Online accounts must have a card on file. See Payment Methods for more information.

Hi @haruna356 for this I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here

Short answer, Yes you can.

Long answer, I wasnt able to do it myself because my plan subscription hadnt expired yet. BUT, I finally managed to have my card removed by messaging online with a virtual agent, (I went around in circles with the bot agent first but eventually was connected with a person. (Or maybe at least a much better bot...almost cant tell the diff these days) Anyway, I kindly and respectfully persisted and she finally agreed to remove my card, despite my cancelled subscription not expiring for another year.

Stay calm (I know its hard), breathe and don't give up, you'll get there.

Short answer, yes you can.

Long answer, after not being able to remove my card myself due to a lack of "Remove Card" option, and going a couple rounds with a chat bot, I was finally able to virtually chat with a live agent. I calmly persisted using basic logic and she finally agreed to remove my card despite my (already cancelled) subscription not expiring for another year.

Yes they will try to hold onto your payment until the end of the subscription term but I'm fairly certain they actually can't. So stay calm ( its hard I know. Breathe and be kind to the person trying to help you) and they should resolve the issue for you.

Hopefully.
