Please immediately cancel my one-year subscription, which was auto-paid today.

Please cancel the one-year subscription paid today. I don't use it anymore, but I didn't know the subscription was going on. Please cancel my subscription and refund immediately. It's too harsh to pay for this for a year when I don't need it anymore. Subscription payment has been made automatically from today, but please cancel the payment amount. (I canceled my subscription on the webpage, but it says that it is possible from today (August 9, 2024) next year. I would like to cancel immediately.)

This community forum is not the correct method to resolve a billing issue. 

I also think you should remove your personal information  for your own safety.

I have also been having issue getting them to cancel my subscription.  They keep sending a docusign to get me to renew stating that it is just to cancel my auto renew.  They are ignoring all my emails so when I called, they referring me to the person ignoring my emails.
