Paying subscription but registered as basic

I have been paying for 7 months, but only recently realised I was registered as basic, when my call terminated at 40mins. I would like to rectify this, and also keen for a refund for the months that I was paying for no service! I need to do a group call in 2 days and wish to have pro status by then. I would like human assistance who might be able to create a voucher for me to purchase annual subscription, rather than pay monthly. But I don't want to pay more and it not work!
