Paid Subscription and I don't have the PRO version


I have purchased a subscription through Google Play, and the transaction is visible in my google play account. Upon payment, I was granted 7 days of access to the PRO version. However, once this period finished, my account reverted to the basic version.

I've reached out to both Zoom and Google multiple times over the past month to address this issue, but unfortunately, I haven't received any assistance or resolution. I'm seeking clarification from Zoom, as I've fulfilled all payment requirements and expect the service to reflect my paid subscription status.

Since your payment was made in Google Play, Zoom has no access to your payment information because there is no billing account associated with your subscription on our end. You will have to pursue Google for a refund.
