I paid for a license that should allow me 100 participants for unlimited time. I've had this license for a few years now. My profile still says licensed, but I'm getting cut off every 40 minutes even with just one participant. I don't see a way to change this problem.

Hello,
After purchasing new licenses from the Zoom Sales team or from the Billing page, you will need to assign them to users. This is true even if you are the only user on the account.
Prerequisites for assigning licenses
I would log into the Zoom.us website and check the Admin, User Management> Users section and search for your account.
Once you have located your account click the Edit button at the end of the row. This will open a window.
Make sure that the user type indicates that it is licensed. If it does not say licensed, click the radio button next to Licensed and then click Save at the bottom of the page.
The license is now applied to the user and they can use it immediately.
When you log in to do this process make sure that you are using the email and password that was used to pay for the account.
Regards
