My zoom keeps telling me I am not admin

I have a paid Zoom account, when I try to make changes it keeps telling me i can't because i am not admin, i do not have any other user on the account and when i check the roles, it shows 'The account owner has full privileges to manage a Zoom account'..I can't edit my role to admin. What do i do?
