My billing information was changed by someone else


Today I got an email from Zoom that said that my billing information was changed by a person I know. How can someone else change the billing information of my personal account? I never authorized that. I’m sure this person doesn’t have my account credentials because I login with google and my account has two-factor authentication. If someone tried to login to my google account I’d also get an email.
