I cannot get into my account.  I have been paying for some time and have not been able to use since my old email is no longer working. So not able to have the account and passcode # they want.  I called the bank and they are sending a stop charging to them now and if that does not work then they will start a dispute resolution for me but that will take time.  You cannot reach a person to help and the bots are useless.  If you do set up and account use paypal.  I believe that you can stop that anytime you need to. At least that is what I am hoping.  Not sure what to do at this point but very disappointed in this whole thing. No support or customer service, SUCKS.
