Missing invoice from Pro-account that has vanished


Dear community,

I have to admit that I'm very frustrated with zoom. I purchased a Pro-license on 25 Sep. 2023. I wasn't able to access the account as I couldn't receive the verification code. There was a lot of back and forth with setting up secondary e-mail addresses, etc. When I finally managed to log in, the account had turned into a basic account. I asked the support team to change it to a Pro account. I can prove that I've purchased the pro-license and upon request sent a bank statement of my purchase. Since beginning of November I haven't heard back from the support team.

I need the invoice for my purchase by e-mail AND the account status for my account has to be changed from basic to Pro. What can I do to solve this issue?
