Locked out of account and not had the timer reset

I changed my password and waited the 30 minutes until I could attempt to log in again and now it just says 'Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts', does anyone know how long this takes to resolve itself? I can login to Zoom on Chrome or Bing browsers but I cannot login on the Windows or iOS app anymore, despite uninstalling and reinstalling...

Hi @megan2001 suggest looking into the knowledge base article on Recovering a disabled, inactive, or locked account, following the steps under 'locked account'. If that doesn't help please let me know, would love to further troubleshoot! 🙂
