Hi, do any of you know how to contact support (not a bot) or change the billing period? Had my account cancelled due to personal circumstances in January 2025, Renewed in April 2025, but billed from January 2025. Can anyone help to reset the billing period? thanks

It sounds like your account got cancelled in January and you re-subscribed to a new plan in April 2025. If that's the case, then the starting date of your new subscription is April and we can unfortunately not change or backdate your billing cycle to January.
If you have more questions about the cancellation back in January or if you believe that you have been billed incorrectly, please submit a request to Zoom Billing so our specialists can review your account.
