I want to solve the 40-minute limit problem.

I'm currently using a 'pro' payment system, but there's a maximum limit of 40 minutes. Isn't there a 40-minute limit on this a 'pro' payment system? Three people are participating in the meeting.
My existing ID was [***********], but I changed it to [***********] from May 1st.
There is a maximum limit of 40 minutes since I changed my ID. is there a problem with changing my ID?
I want to know why there is a maximum limit of 40 minutes and I want to solve.

Hi @hironic If you have a paid Pro subscription on your account and are being blocked at 40 minutes, I would recommend that you submit one using our web request - Billing & Account Management.
