Error code 17000

I recently installed zoom  on my macbook. Now when I try to open "clips" I get error code 17000, "Your zoom account does not match your web account". This effectively means that I am not able to access any features from my account.

 

How do I get them to match?

I am having exactly the same issue and the Bot was no use at all .
