Date formats

Why are there no date formats starting with DD?

I realise this is an American company, but Zoom is supposedly a global program and there are multiple options for MM-DD-YY but no DD-MM-YY options.

Are you referring to your personal profile?  Here in the Date Format section, you can scroll down to see the day first selection options

Why can't the date format automatically be linked to the region. Again, only americans use Month first and so that preference shouldn't be automatically applied to all users. 

If you need a default then it should be the ISO date format when (Year/Month/Day).
