Cuando quiero anular mi plan Pro me envía a Googleplay diciendo que se contrató a través de esta plataforma

(Lo hice a través del móvil).

En Googleplay no aparece mi plan con lo que no tengo la opción de cancelar.

Alguien sabe que puede estar pasando? Gracias
