DISPUTE RENEWAL DESCRIPTION

As the Chairman, I took the subscription out on behalf of the charity LARS (Loud Applause Rising Stars), a voluntary organisation which supports young up and coming singers.  It came as a shock to us when an  automatic renewal of £143.88 was taken out on the 20th November 2022.  Basically, the charity does not have funds to pay this amount.  We were waiting for a reminder but on reading he small print it would not be sent out and it solely relied on us to remember the date.  Could you please consider reimbursing the subscription we have just paid .  If this is not possible it leaves us with a big dilemma of who to pay.  Also can you please confirm how long we out the subscription for initially.  Regards  Cerith Owens
