Excess amount collected as charges and non providing agreed discount on billing

Dear Sir

As per your advise of permitting 20 % discount on bill I have permitted to debit my account. On verification it is seen that not only the discount is not provided but additional charges are also collected from my account for renewal.  So pl return the amount excess collected from me at the earliest.
