I'm trying to help some coworkers create accounts but they have accidentally selected "Yes" when asked if their organization worked with students. We are not using Zoom to provide educational services to students and they are now stuck in a cycle where they also can not follow these instructions to request the educational lock lifted because they aren't able to log in in order to submit the request to lift the lock.
What should they be doing? I'm going to try to submit a request for them, but I'm not sure if that's going to work? Based on some brief research this seems to be a pretty common issue and it's difficult figuring out how to resolve it using the circular instructions that's in Zoom's help center.
