Good day, need assistance how can I check who has active accounts in our company. Some staff have left and did not cancel their subscriptions. On the bank statement there is just numbers not who's account it is. Please help.

Hi, Anthony.
If you have admin or owner role in the Zoom account, you can go to https://www.zoom.us/account/user#/ and filter by who is a licensed user, and then check if any of those names should still have an account, and more importantly, a licensed account. You can then use the same page to manage the licenses. This links might be of use:

If their user accounts are outside of your main company account then it gets more tricky, but you can request to have them consolidated under the main account with an associated domain: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203395207-Getting-started-with-associated-domains
