Hi 

Please help)

I'm truing to change my email as the old one will soon turned off

When I type the new one, the system says "this email has already been used" and doesnt proceed the change

what should I do?

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you change your email address with navigation:

Step 1: Check for existing accounts

- Log in to your account
- Click on "Settings" (gear icon)
- Select "Account"
- Check if you have another account associated with the new email address

Step 2: Delete or merge existing accounts

- If you find an existing account, delete or merge it
- Click on "Delete Account" or "Merge Accounts"

Step 3: Try changing your email address again

- Go back to the "Account" settings
- Enter your new email address
- Click "Save Changes"

Step 4: Contact support (if needed)

- If you still encounter issues, click on "Help" (question mark icon)
- Select "Submit a Request"
- Explain your issue and provide your new email address

Tried to do all steps and couldn't find any associated accounts and the problem still exists...

Hi there,
As i understand it, you may use required address to login in zoom elsewhere. First of all, need to remove this address from zoom.
Can try this one to deactivate account:
To delete your Zoom account, you can:
Sign in to the Zoom web portal
Click Account Management in the navigation menu
Click Account Profile
Click Terminate My Account
Click Yes to confirm
OR
Another way is Unlink this email address from existing account. Below is steps:
Login in your Zoom account.
Top left under Personal click on Profile
Go to all down
will see email address edit option.
Replace this one with other email address so that you can use it elsewhere.
