I cancelled my yearly plan a few months ago. On Feb 27th it ended.
On Feb 27th, I decided to renew for just one more month so I changed my cancelled yearly plan to a monthly plan.
My credit card was charged the yearly amount.
In the payment history section it shows:
1. an invoice charging me the yearly price (which has shown up on my card statement)
2. an invoice giving me a "credit" for the difference in yearly -> monthly price (which has NOT shown up on my card statement)
When can I expect to receive a refund to my credit card for this "credit" amount?

@daton - If not already resolved, I recommend that you contact Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
