Cannot log in no access to old email

Hi, I set up an account several years ago. I just got logged out and it is asking me to verify. I do NOT have access to the old email that i had several years ago. How can I update my email so I can log into my account?

If you are the owner or admin of the account, we recommend contacting our Technical Support team via chat or submit a ticket at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new to change your Zoom email and provide the following:

 

  • Old Email Address
  • New Email Address
  • Billing Address or Copy of Invoice
  • Last 4 digits of the credit card on file or payment method (if there is)

Resetting your password (forgot password)
Having a suspicious log in (for example, logging in from an unknown or not often used location, browser, or device)
Reporting an issue to Zoom Trust & Safety, such as a compromised Zoom account

 

Try above steps.
