Hi,
I have a paid subscription with a Gmail account I no longer have access too and I keep getting charged. I need to cancel the subscription cause I am not even using it. Any help will be great.

you could consider changing your email address. this would allow the accessing your account with your email address to cancel your subscription.
How to change the sign-in email if you don't have access to the original email
If you no longer have access to your original email address to verify the change, you can submit a request to Zoom Support. When submitting a request, enter the following information:

Also, you can talk to your financial institution that has your account that is being charged. The financial institution may be able to help you.
