Hi dear, I can no longer pay for an annual subscription and I want to switch to monthly payments, but I can't cancel my subscription u need help please.

Hi @AlexCo welcome to the community! Advise looking into the KB article on How to change from annual to monthly

 

Note within the KB, "Once confirmed, a prorated credit for the remainder of your annual subscription will be produced and applied to your new monthly payment and your future invoices. If you would like to inquire about a refund, please reach out to Billing by chat."
