I accidentally purchased this program- LARGE MEETING and I can't cancel. I don't need a big plan like that. What can be done to cancel immediately?

Hi @TALI1 and welcome to the Zoom Community! You should be able to cancel your plan add-on by logging into your account portal, navigating to Account Management > Billing > Current Plans, and selecting 'cancel' next to the large plan add-on. But I want to cancel the big plan. I can't cancel because I have an annual subscription.
I don't need the big plan, I accidentally purchased it instead of Zoom Webinar. I don't need her for a whole year.
When I click cancel, this is what appears to me:
You cannot cancel, downgrade, or downgrade your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription billing cycle. Contact us if you have any questions.
