Hi,

 

I have been trying to get some help with a bill and getting more information. We have been trying to get some clarification as well as getting it adjusted. I have tried emailing and calling and have yet to get assistance. I need someone to call or email me so we can get this resolved. Does anyone have a good contact?

Someone from the Billing team might see your post here and reach out to you. 

Because this is a public forum, most of us can’t handle billing related questions here. In my opinion, your best bet is to submit a support ticket to Zoom’s Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.
